Live Web Chat - Friday 12:30
I will be chained to my desk from about 12:30 on Friday to answer any questions you have regarding the recent turmoil at Newcastle United.
For the young among you, it'll work like an MSN instant chat, for the older readers, it's like sending me a question on this blog, but you'll get a far quicker reply. It's a bit like having a conversation, except you type rather than speak!
I'm sure there is a more technical way of explaining things but if there is anything you want to ask me, feel free, and I'll do my best to answer you as honestly and as forthrightly as I can.

I think we are stuck with Ashley for the foreseeable future with the credit crunch and him seeing around £1bn knocked off his fortune. Though I think the papers this morning aren't completely accurate. I thought he had sold 43% of his company last year for just under £1bn so he must still have a mountain of cash in the bank
Afternoon all...
I'm firmly of the opinion that a blanket boycott of any financial support to the club will force Ashley's hand. That includes ticket sales for matches.
The players understand that this is a protest against the ownership and they're paid enough to play regardless of a temporary lack of the supporters. We won't be relegated but might suffer in the league and therefore TV revenue.
Cut the cash and force Ashleys hand!
Luke might be chained to his desk, but Ashley is chained to NUFC. Basically Ashley cannot afford to sell now for the prices that anybody sensible would pay. So it all comes down to whether there is somebody out there with more money than sense!
My expectation is that both Joe and Ashley will be around until end of an unhappy season that might end in disaster.
Looks like we are stuck with joe and ashley til end of the season at least. with the current financial situation, cannot see any possible buyers.
January transfer window could be trickey we both stay....
